EngineeringInternR&D

Disruptica is looking for an AI-native, curious, and highly motivated Agentic AI Product Engineer Intern to help us build and improve internal AI-powered applications. This is not a traditional internship. You will work inside a structured engineering environment where AI, software development, product thinking, compliance, and automation come together to create real products. You will help us grow five internal apps using modern tools like React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, GitHub Actions, and GCP.

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to code, loves learning, thinks beyond the ticket, and wants to understand how software, business, and compliance connect. You will work with a structured development process that includes tickets, CI/CD, token-aware development, LLM workflows, agentic engineering, and quality practices. The role is internal only and not client-facing, making it a great opportunity to learn deeply, build fast, and contribute to real AI products inside Disruptica.

Requirements

  • Basic experience building software applications.

  • Knowledge of React and modern web development.

  • Familiarity with backend development, APIs, databases, or PostgreSQL.

  • Interest in AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation.

  • Basic understanding of Docker, GitHub, and software development workflows.

  • Strong curiosity about business, product development, and compliance.

  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn from feedback.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Based in the U.S. or LATAM.

  • Interest in SOC 2, NIST, secure development, or responsible AI is a plus.
