Overview

This role may include client-facing work, internal product work, or project-based engineering support. You will help build, test, and improve AI-powered applications, automations, and software features while collaborating with senior team members. The ideal candidate is technical, communicative, empathetic, and passionate about learning how AI systems are built responsibly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Support the development of AI-powered applications, automations, and software features.
Work with AI agentic development patterns, LLMs, prompts, tools, and workflows.
Assist with frontend, backend, API, and integration tasks.
Help test, debug, document, and improve technical solutions.
Follow tickets, development standards, GitHub workflows, and delivery processes.
Communicate progress, blockers, and questions clearly.
Collaborate with engineers, product team members, and occasionally clients.
Learn and apply best practices for secure, reliable, and maintainable software.
Support project-based and hourly engineering work.
Bring curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving energy to the team.

Requirements

Coding experience with at least one modern programming language.
Experience or strong exposure to AI agentic development.
Familiarity with APIs, web applications, databases, or automation workflows.
Strong communication skills in English.
Curious, proactive, empathetic, and passionate about solving problems.
Comfortable working remotely and managing project-based tasks.
Ability to follow structure, tickets, documentation, and engineering standards.
Willingness to learn from feedback and improve quickly.
Based in the U.S. or LATAM.
Experience with React, Python, Node.js, OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, or cloud tools is a plus.
